Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Covent garden reminded me of a movie of 60s.Charlotte Tilbury store is right in front of covents underground exit. Best part were the street performers who were really engaging the audience.Souveniour shops are plenty along with some high end shops.

This is a lovely large area of London, with of course Nelson's Column. Great to use as a meeting place, as its easy to find for all. A must visit.

A wonderful performance. I read some mixed reviews before we visited but the ones damming with faint praise I thought were unfair. The orchestra had real "zing" and the singers were all excellent.
The set was amazing and drew a clever balance between contemporary and period.
I thoroughly approve that the normal rather trite ending of the opera was omitted.
It ended with Don Giovani descending to hell without the false sanctimony which I suspect Mozart wrote out of moralising pressure.
The opera house itself is so much nicer than ENO in every respect.

We travelled from Brussels with my elderly disabled mother-in-law and teenage daughter. What a show, fantastic, highly recommend. The staff could not have been more helpful. Must say a huge thank you to Frazer who was super friendly and looked after our every need. Great experience 🎭

Just happened to pass on Sept 11th to discover that the hall was - generally - open to the public for a period of time.
    What a treat!
This is indeed an astonishing building and to be able to enjoy it as a non-Freemason was really great.
Many kind and helpful people in the building helped giving a broad picture of both the site and what the Freemasons actually do...

The museum part should be accessible even if the rest of the building is closed for the public.
Check with the office of the organisation.

The only downside to our visit is the fact their were rather a lot of noisy youngsters

When we arrived the doorman noticed that I had limited mobility and suggested he takes us the a side door for easier access. We were met by Kay who saw us to our seats - she noticed that I didn't have much leg room (tall) so she she said she'd try and get better seats - ended up in a box! Fantastic show! in the interval Kay and Chris came to check on us and told us of the background to the show. Near to the end of the musical Kay came to see us out and even hailed a taxi for us! Amazing care by the Production team - Thanks to you all again!

Went to see frozen with my 7 year old niece. Wasn't sure I would enjoy the show but wow I was blown away. Seats at front of royal circle were amazing. The theater itself is beautiful loved every minute.

The Coliseum is a bright and fresh looking theatre close to Trafalgar Square. Staff were friendly and helpful and directions to toilets, seating etc very clear. The seats are standard theatre seats some of which at the end of rows are at a slight angle which can make getting out of them difficult. We were near the front of the Circle and found that the lack of a bar on the front of the Circle made the partition very low and coming down the steps to our seat quite perilous.

We saw My Fair Lady which was generally good but felt a bit over-acted as well as the large orchestra pit sticking out into the stalls area drawing the eye away from the stage and was actually quite off-putting.

Overall enjoyable despite some minor grumbles.

More interesting and less touristy than Covent Garden. A decent variety of shops, restaurants and cafés to choose from. Small alleys with secluded outdoor seating and good people-watching opportunities.

A massive thanks to the great staff here who took care of my dad after a bit of a medical issue. They made sure we were okay, gave my dad a drink of water, made sure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Jack! Really recommend the show too! A great little night out!

The theater is undoubtedly one of the more petite theatres in that area. Staff were well presented, professional and welcoming. Saw Dear Evan Hansen and the show itself was brilliant. Actors, orchestra, lighting and staging pitch perfect given the slightly darker themes of the show- however with just enough humour to provide some relief!
Sat in ROW T of stalls (towards the very back and excellent view of the stage).

All the cast were superb. Great singing and and great story. Well done all.

Some people gave a negative review about the theatre. This is not a fair reflection on the show.

The theatre is small and intimate.
    Couldn’t fault it.
