    Rammed when we arrived 1pm on a Monday and very hot - initially felt a little uncomfortable until we got some seats near a window - it wasn’t open but felt cold so you could cool your hands on it! Food was ok but uninspiring. Overall a pretty cramped space that felt more premium economy than business

    Food wasn’t that hot and only a choice of 2 curries a cauliflower cheese and soup. Although the curries weren’t hot they did have a good flavour one was chicken and the other vegetable. One pudding which kept running out and when I asked for more the lady couldn’t even answer me. Staff all look very sad and they aren’t warm and friendly. Really disappointed. Lots of cups, plates and glasses around. Corona beer not included in the free alcohol. Coffee was nice though. We’d paid to do this as a nice start to the holiday and it was more relaxing but just so sad to see staff with no enthusiasm or passion to offer a great service and I think the food could be rotated more regular as the salad was very dry as well.

    This is without a doubt one of the best lounges in terminal 3 in Heathrow.

    Cathay really does it well with loads of space and you get to order some incredible Asian food that is made fresh for you - unheard of in the lounge world.

    Always a comfy chair to be found - love this lounge

    There was nothing premium about this lounge. The food was bland and choices were sparse and odd. The drinks were also restricted. I won’t be using it again.

    Conveniently located with ideal ambiance, this lounge offers a comfortable stay and an exhaustive choice of food and drinks. The courteous staff adds to the positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised.

    This is a very nice lounge in Terminal 3 and not too busy in the morning before my 9:30 am flight. Plenty of hot and cold food and a huge staffed bar were appreciated. I also saw that there were showers but didn’t avail. My only complaint is that the restrooms were too small and insufficient for the number of users. Also, many of the USB charging ports in the back sitting area were not working. If you are eligible for entry I would very much give this lounge a try.

    On Feb 17/2024, I was on the flight SQ896 from KLIA to Hong Kong. It was a smooth and pleasant flight which I truly enjoyed very much. I do travel very often, and this was one of the most pleasing flights I have taken thus far which I would like to share my experience.

    It has always been my priority to opt for Singapore Airlines in most of my long-haul destinations. I am extremely pleased on this particular flight as the services provided by the cabin crew were excellent.

    I would like to specially compliment Mr. Tan Chee Chim Ken who was the Inflight Manager. He excelled in ensuring the passengers were all comfortable and managing their requests very professionally, tactfully and always with a smile. He has exemplified a very passionate discipline in managing situations in terms of introducing himself, helping passengers with their hand carry luggage being stored properly and ensuring they settle down with their seat belt properly fastened. Also, I would like to commend on Stewardess Ariel Jung. She is always serving the passengers with a cheerful smile and soft spoken. Surprisingly being a Korean nationality, she spoke fluent English which makes the passengers very at ease. I could see that she is very hardworking, active and energetic in serving the passengers, ensuring their requests are met. She also took the trouble to check with the passengers periodically whether they needed any further refreshments or drinks.

    Both Mr. Tan Chee Chim Ken and Auriel Jung performance can be a role model for other cabin crew members to emulate.

    The announcement made by the flight Captain was very good. He gave very precise departure schedule, flight path, weather conditions and arrival time well in advance which was very helpful. The announcement was very clear without any disruptions. There was no departure delay and we arrived Hong Kong on time.

    The seat was comfortable and a variety of movie options to select. In addition, there is a good choice of meals which also cater for passengers who have certain diet restrictions.

    Overall, a truly prestigious and recommended airline to travel.

    I have access to this premium service through british airways business class ticket and use heathrow terminal 3 often . I have given up on fast Track it as it takes far longer to get through than the normal security line.it is embarrassingly slow. Don't waste money in buying this service as an extra in the false belief that you get through security quicker. You don't!
