Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An excellent tour with information to suit all types: the tourist, history buff, the royal watcher etc. You see all the major icons and get a good introduction to London by foot and some recommendations of things to follow up in your own time. It's a long foot tour but there's a few breaks and the pace is never too quick either. Nicholas our guide was excellent and well informed, with a good easy nature and storytelling ability.

Great day out with my daughter - we saw alot of the main attractions - had free time too which we made the most of. It is a tight itinerary so you have to be on the ball with your timings so as not to miss the transport.

Anna was a fabulous tour leader- very knowledgeable, had some fun stories and was very patient with everyone !

This tour exceeded my expectations. The transfer from Euston Station to the studio was efficient. Being on the tour allowed us to have our own private guide during the tour rather than renting an audio guide or wandering on one's own. The display of sets, costumes, props, special effects, and so on was impressive, and the guide provided many insights and anecdotes about all aspects of the making of the HP films. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. One has the option of staying on after the guided tour, since the tour doesn't close until 8 pm in the winter and 10 pm in the summer, with shuttle buses continuing to take people back to the train station. In all, it was a wonderful day.

This tour is so worth it! This was our 2nd trip to London and we wanted to explore outside of the city. We met Tom in London who guided us on the train to Brighton, where we then met with our guide/driver Adam. Adam was fantastic, he was very informative and made sure everyone was comfortable. He took the time to explain the cool sites and landscape. Although windy and rainy, it was beautiful and worth it if you want a different cultural experience. The food and drinks we had were fresh and delicious, the local cider tasting was very cool, and of course we had to bring home some local mead!

Our guide Anna was fantastic, very knowledgeable, funny and made sure everyone was accounted for while providing detailed instructions. The Seine River Cruise became a bit boring after the first 30 minutes. Train experience was great, thanks to Anna. Easy to find and navigate. Very comfortable trip.

The tour was excellent if a little hectic. Lunch at the Eiffel tour was very poor value for money. Tour guide Anna was excellent.

This tour was absolutely incredible! From the first City Wonders tour guide we met for transportation to Benji our guide at WB Studios, it could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend to all Harry Potter fans and anyone who has an appreciation for the hard work and attention to detail that goes into film making. 10/10!

The tour was great. The Magical Mystery bus tour was interesting, seeing all the Beatles' houses, Strawberry Fields, Penny Lane, etc. Tour guide information was mixed with relevant Beatles songs (e.g Penny Lane when you'd expect it). Very entertaining. The Beatles story was a lot more complete and interesting than I expected. And the Cavern Club was awesome. The only thing I would stress is that this tour is an "on your own" experience. You need to have all the tickets ahead of time, find the train in London on your own, make your way to all the places, and so forth. It's not hard, but it wasn't exactly clear to us that this was true until that day, so just be aware. Maybe Tripadvisor could make that a little clearer in the description as well. We ended up having to have the hotel we were staying in assist with printing tickets and such. A great experience, though, for Beatles fans!!!

Our tour guide, Lupe, was fantastic. She had so much knowledge about HP and other movies that were filmed in London. She was super friendly and had so many “fun facts” throughout the walk. Would highly recommend this tour!

If you are visiting London but want to do a guided tour in Paris, then I would recommend this one! Be warned that it’s a LONG day but worth it. Our driver and guides were wonderful especially since Paris was preparing for the Olympics at the time. Since it was a beautiful weather day, the cruise on the river was so relaxing!

Highly recommend for the lifelong Beatles fans! It was a bucket list item for me. As another reviewer mentioned, I also had difficulty locating the Beatles Story Museum from the train station due to bad GPS and streets not signed well but people in Liverpool were helpful and I arrived at my designated ticket time. The high-speed trains were comfortable and on-time. The Magical Mystery Tour bus excursion was well done. My only complaint there was the sound system for the music during the ride needs improvement. Ending at the Cavern Club was a nice touch and the three guitarists I saw were excellent not just playing Beatles songs but others as well.

Very memorable day made even better by a tour guide that obviously loves her job. Ana was both fun and in control. I was impressed that one person could heard such a large crowd and look happy doing it. Amazing to fit so much into one day!

Our guide (Conner) did a very good job at describing what was on the tour, keeping track of the group and answering questions. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Overall he fid a outstanding job. I would give him a Five Star. The only part i was unhappy about was at the end of the tour. At the end of the tour we were told to take the Subway back to Churchill’s War Room. It would have been better for the guide to get us to the War Room. As the area is very congested.
