Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a fun afternoon on board the high tea bus tour. The seating was comfortable, the staff were attentive, and the food and portions were tasty and generous. The sandwiches, scones, and desserts were fresh, the tea and coffee were hot, and the mimosa was a welcome addition. On the down side, the music was too loud, intrusive, and not fitting to the event. The announcements highlighting various landmarks was a bit pointless as they only identified two landmarks throughout the 1 1/2 hour trip. We had a few leftover food items, and many people around us had even more food on their plates. It would have been appreciated if the servers had offered take away containers. Overall, we’d highly recommend this as it was a unique to spend an afternoon in London.

I couldn’t recommend this experience more! Everyone was very kind and they even found room for us on a later bus when we showed up at the wrong bus station for our reservation! Alex, Christabel and Amir took great care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Lovely and informative. We were able to walk the parks and ride a double decker bus. The tea at the end was excellent. Great way to see a lot!

We had a lovely walk through Kensington Park with our guide Lewis. He was quite knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour was capped off with an amazing tea at the Palace Orangerie - a spectacular sun filled room. The tea was quite filling and the sandwiches and treats were beautiful and delicious.

We toured Kensington Palace, the gardens and had tea at the Orangery. Our guide was Michael, who was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and had a lot of knowledge. He told us how to take a picture where it would look as if we were wearing one of the tiara’s. The staff inside assisted and I now have my picture! Had Michael not mentioned this tip, I would have missed out. Our group was 4 and it was lovely meeting new people and enjoying tea. I recommend this tour and if you have Michael as your guide you will love it!

The food was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised at how fresh it was as our tour wasn't until 2.30 in the afternoon. We especially loved that the scone was warm!
It would have been nicer if the sandwiches had come out before the drinks as we did have to wait a while until we received them. They were delicious when they arrived though.
We wish we'd heard a little more from the driver to know what we were passing.
The travel cup souvenir was a very welcome surprise and we even brought our uneaten cakes home to have later!
A very cute bus and many passers by took photos too!!

The food was very good!! It was very entertaining!!! Raja, Ameen and Fernando were great hosts. They granted our song request. But we would recommend if the songs were more mainstream or were from her ERAS TOUR setlist/playlist.

Overall, it was realllllyyyy fun!!! And one for the books! 🫶🏻

    Lewis did a great job!
He was very kind and he spoke very clearly so that we understand almost everything even our English is not so good.

Also he answered all our questions and had some interesting facts to Notting Hill.

Candem Town is such a curious place to visit. This is an experience that we will always treasure with my husband not just because of Jorge that was great with us but mostly due to everything we learned in a couple of hours. This experience shaped the rest of our visit in London we had lots of insights and recommendations that helped a lot, we ended visiting and knowing about places we wouldn't have heard about otherwise.

Mixed bag! Dave and driver were good BUT the connection to the afternoon tea was a disaster. They dropped us off there and we had to walk nearly a mile to Rueben’s. I have trouble walking and that is why we selected this. Took over 30 minutes and I was whipped after trying to figure out how to get there. The restaurant gave away our table because we were late. Had a terrible time showing them we had paid thru the tour. Like it was the first time. Did not recognize our tour ticket. After we settled down the “Tea” was quite good
