The Tower of London is a big, old castle in London. There you can see the Crown Jewels, which are really shiny and special. You can also learn about kings and queens from a long time ago and her cool ghost stories!
To get there, you can take the tube. The nearest station is Tower Hill and from there it's only a short walk.
The Tower is open every day from 9:00 am to 5:30 PM. But it's closed on Christmas Day.
Tickets cost 29.90 for adults and 14.90 for kids. Sometimes there are discounts for families. It's a fun place to visit if you like cool stories and shiny things!
I find the Tower of London is a very beautiful sight and it's a nice place to meet friends and family.

We had great fun on the ghost tour, our guide Marvin was entertaining and clearly enjoys his work.
The boat trip, while not actually part of the tour as such (it is public transport so we can't gather round and hear stories on the boat) was a welcome sit down with a nice hot chocolate halfway through the tour.
Would highly recommend for a fun evening entertainment.

I went on a Monday and it wasn’t too crowded. I was able to see everything even while using the audio guide. I packed my lunch to save on time and money.

My experience with Big Bus Tours as a physically disabled individual using a wheelchair and crutches.

Initially, there was a problem with receiving the promised free carer ticket, despite prior confirmation from the company. The ticket seller at the bus stand refused to honor this but was polite and seemed unaware of the policy. After contacting the company, they apologized and reimbursed the carer ticket, handling the situation well.

    Key points:

Tip: Confirm free carer tickets via the company’s chatbot and follow their instructions for online booking.

Tour experience: The tour itself was highly enjoyable, informative, and worth the cost.

    Recommendations:

    1. Big Bus should revise its policy to allow compact mobility scooters similar in size to prams.

    2. Staff should be trained to lower ramps for wheelchair users, as the user’s carers had to lift the wheelchair manually.

Nice commentary on the outbound trip with the boat. However, the boat snack kiosk has very limited options, and all are extremely expensive. A bottle of Corona for £6, and they did not care to at least give a lime on top.

It was fun to sneak a peek behind the scenes. We arrived earlier than expected and got to have a cup of coffee and browse the store before going in to see the "magic" behind the Harry Potter films. They calculated the time perfectly, so we went through the tour, got to do all the extra stuff - like finding all the golden snitches and fairies, and had our lunch in the middle of the tour, and we still had enough time to browse and shop at the end of it and had about ten minutes to spare before we had to go back to the bus. The ride home was altered due to Chinese New Year road closures, but the driver's alterations went smoothly, and I think everybody was happy with them.

Brilliant first class tour around Whitechapel, Mick Priestley shared his expertise and knowledge of one of the most infamous unsolved murders in London. Don’t hesitate in booking him for a fabulous, entertaining night around Whitechapel !!!
