Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Amy B1 contributionAmazing brewery tour - John was so engaging and passionate about the brewing process and the history of the Brewery which made for a fantastic and insightful experience. - stella b1 contributionGreat art fair on the evening of March 6th 2025. Exhibits and exhibitors were varied and fascinating. Good food bar - Greek delicacies. The only downside - one of the security men inside was aggressive and rude. I couldn't help wondering if he spoke to men in the same way - or to his employees - or if he reserved his nasty attitude for females. He clearly doesn't enjoy the work and barking at visitors and arguing with them won't make it any better.
Made a great purchase however and this finished off the evening really well.Written 6 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We done the tour so learnt about the history, had a tasting session and went into the factory.. If Camden beer is your thing you will love this place. Diner type place if you wanna eat,Written 23 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- sheepygoldEaling, UK5,530 contributionsI came with friends on a pub walk. I had a third of a pint of 13% stout at about ÂŁ6 plus an interesting IPA. Both were nice although I wouldn't have been able to drink much more of the stout. I had a burger too which was nice but very small for ÂŁ14.Written 2 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dee451Irthlingborough, UK4 contributionsGreat brewery tour and tasting. Helen was a really good host and very knowledgeable and happy to spend time talking to us with questions we had. Beers tasted great, favourite being the Helles. Its a hidden gem. Has a great beer garden which we bet is even better in summer. Has a large selection of food stalls from around the world. When the ale was flowing the food started to arrive....absolutely perfect beer munchies...far too numerous and varied to list....just don’t eat before you go in !!
I’m short the Temple Brew house was an excellent way to start a gentleman’s stag do, lots of beer and food = good value for money. - CompleteF1Leicester, UK85 contributionsVisited Gypsy Hill for the second time heading to Crystal Palace, beer is great with a good selection, loved the Hepcat on Keg and Cask. Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, prices are good and the beer is fresh and of high quality. Weather made it as we could sit outside in the sun, but last time we sat in due to the weather and still had a great experience.Written 16 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
