Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited yesterday 22.02.24 busy little market with various food options available, looked really good and prise was reasonable for what appears good quality. I stupidly went to the Fish! Kitchen under the arches.. big mistake!
Fair bit of seating available and toilets available only downside was the bloke with a guitar, trying to sing who ruined an OASIS classic (bring ear defenders)

Vibrant, awesome with an amazing vibe. The variety of food available makes choosing so difficult. The shopping selection is fantastic. Koko makes custom converse shoes that are unique and well worth it. Many vintage inspired shops and cyber dog has a DJ and podium dancers. You can’t help but want to dance

Full of tourists but makes it a good vibe. Street food section superb and lots of choice. Stall holders are always giving out samples which is great…yum yum . As mentioned in previous reviews lack of toilets is a problem.
Made the mistake of going into pret a manger which was disgusting.

Our first visit on a cold December morning. Although small, the sheer variety of outdoor food stalls/indoor restaurants makes this a great alternative market to the more crowded and perhaps overwhelming Borough Market. Good setup with outdoor tables and counters to sit at. We chose The Greek Pot which had delicious food at reasonable prices and generous portions—outstanding moussaka!

Visited multiple times previously, the last of which was on Friday 29th December 2023. I find you never really visit the market as a destination in itself but as part of a wider/supplementary visit to the area. In that sense the market provides what you want insofar as visually it is a stunning location which stimulates an attractive atmosphere. The businesses or activities within the "Market" are limited tbh, there are a few bars and eateries as well as other random businesses but whether just walking through or stopping by to eat/drink or shop the real star is the building itself.

We cabbed from central London on a Sunday to check out this market. It was fun and interesting, though nothing really stands out. We saw everything from furniture to record albums to vintage clothing, and every type of prepared food you can imagine. We samples some mini-waffles with sugar and cinnamon, some chicken dumplings and coffee served out of an old black cab. It was an enjoyable way to spend a few hours and we will definitely return on a future trip to London. After we finished this market, we walked to the Columbia Street Flower Market which was full of...wait for it...flowers. It was a good way to spend time seeing a part of London that otherwise we likely would not have seen.

After contacting Mark the Head Beadle through the website he rang to arrange to meet my friend and I for a tour of the Arcade the following morning. What a fantastic experience! We felt very privileged to be in Mark's company and delighted with the stories he told of the history of the Arcade with it's famous customers and amazing wares. He invited questions and it was obvious that he loved his job and enjoyed passing on his vast knowledge in a friendly and approachable way. I thoroughly recommend this as a lovely unique experience.

This is a cool and very pleasant place to visit, if you would like to experience a unique Brixton vibe. My impression is and I could be wrong, but this is where many locals shop and eat here. We ate at two small restaurants and the food was excellent and the prices very reasonable, considering this is London.
If I know anyone who is visiting Brixton I will definitely recommend a trip to Brixton Village.

We visited on the Saturday before Xmas so it was busy. The church conversion is visually impressive and interesting to see.
It could really do with some human signposting/ hosts as it’s quite difficult to navigate, particularly with the lift not working.
We had a good look around but didn’t stop for something. I can see its attraction, but was a bit too chaotic for us,

I was last here just before the official 10.00am opening, on a Sunday morning. It was interesting to see the traders unpacking their boxes and setting out their wares ready for the weekend Covent Garden crowds.
This market is a good place to go if you like handmade jewellery, prints, watercolours and other handcrafts, which you’ll find from Tuesday to Sunday; antiques and collectibles are the order of the day on Mondays.
The market stalls are original from the days, long gone now, when Covent Garden was London’s busy wholesale fruit/vegetables/flower market.

We were looking for something for lunch whilst in the area so decided to look around here. There was loads of variation and everything looked so fresh and tempting. Unfortunately there wasn't really anything suitable for young children so we decided to try elsewhere but had there just been the two of us we definitely would have got something here.
