Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Frantisek RuzhaPrague, Czech Republic504 contributionsThe remains of the castle are part of the Tekov Museum in Levice. The castle served military purposes, mainly to fight the Turks. Eventually this function was canceled and the castle ruined, the remains are on the photo. It is interesting for me that it was also supposed to serve as a defense against the Czech king Premysl Otakar II.Written 8 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sunshine81535929 contributionsIt was great to see the results of the EU funding: a beautifully transformed synagogue, restored with care and attention to detail.
The guide was impressive, and knowledgeable about the history of the building and the historical context, and was generous with his time to answer questions and tell the story of the place.

- RobeDiKapaMaribor, Slovenia702 contributionsWe visited Levice town the other week. Walking through the town we came across the new shopping center Dituria, which we found interesting and new. But to our surprise it was empty. It was 22.5.2019. Maybe everyone was on vacation that day. See photos. They offered western stores (Billa, DM, etc.)Written 26 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MatoHaLevice, Slovakia3 contributionsThis bar is very lively on Fridays and Saturdays but still a great place to meet your friends for a chat. They have the widest variety of cocktails in this town, local wines and good coffee. Latin music and entertaining bartenders will make your stay full of smile and good mood.Written 18 October 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
