Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I can't imagine that we could have enjoyed the area as much if we didn't do this tour. Pete was informative, fun, and easy to be around. We learned so many neat things about this beautiful area which only added to the experience. He pointed out the places to check out, have a drink, grab a meal, or coffee and it did not disappoint! This was a very affordable, well worth it, excursion right off the ship. A good balance of a tour and time on your own in the area. I highly recommend it - don't miss getting to learn about the area and experience it at its best! We were also blessed to have much color left on the trees!! Thanks Pete. Cheers

We ranged in age from 11-81 and we all had fun! Three hours flew by. Kim is so patient and perfect for guiding you through the process. It was an awesome experience for a multigenerational activity that everyone can work on together. Having a memory from the day to revisit is pretty neat too! I would highly recommend this experience.

This tour was ideal for our family. Haidery greeted us right at the port with a warm welcome and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We explored the best of Saint John, seeing its top highlights, before heading to Saint Martin. The scenic drive and the stunning sea caves were unforgettable. Haidery’s knowledge and friendly personality made it perfect for our family. Highly recommend this tour to anyone arriving by cruise!

There was some confusion as to the start time as there was instructions on the website or our ticket. Eventually we had a reply to messages sent to the tour company
On the day Abdullah (the owner) was stood right outside the Port exit with a "Shore Tours" sign. The bus was ok and the onboard guide Cher was informative and amusing throughout. The two of them made a good pair and really knew everything about St John and the riptide.
We got back to our ship on time. A few people were dropped off at the market for some last minute shopping.
In all a very enjoyable day hosted by two very nice people. Would have loved to have given 5 stars but for the joining confusion.

I had an incredible experience tour in Saint John and the Bay of Fundy. The scenery was breathtaking, especially witnessing the world’s highest tides. The highlight of the trip was our guide, Haidery—truly the best! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire tour fun and informative. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area!

Gary, our guide and Tom, our driver were excellent! Gary was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge of St. John's and Fundy Coast history as well as peoples of the past and present. The Reversing Falls Rapids was fascinating, the Caves and beach near St. Martins was wonderful (as was the seafood chowder), and Gary interjected many fun questions for us that he eventually answered, making it both an exciting and enthralling tour. We enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone coming off a cruise or travelling to the area; well worth your time and money.

This would have been a 5 but the weather socked in. Having said that, after Hopewell Rocks, drive down to the little town of Alma. There is a Fantastic Mom and Pop sized restaurant serving fish and chips on the high side of the street. Nice little bakery as well across the street. The cookies were killer good. Just Do It! Great little break in the routine.

We were on a Royal Caribbean cruise to New England/Canada that stopped in New Brunswick, Canada. We were a group of six friends who had the most AMAZING time with Donna and Alexei. The scenery that we saw that day was simply awe inspiring. We got to see Fundy Bay and witness the tides coming in and out. Every stop we made was more picturesque than the last. Donna did a great job telling us all about each area that we went to. We also stopped in the little town of St. Martin where Alexei treated us to wonderful ice cream at a local ice cream shop. Everyone in the group loved this tour. Thank you again Alexei and Donna for a wonderful day and memories. The group from New York.

You'll not find a better interpreter of Saint John, beer or Canada in general than Gill. About 10 minutes in we felt like we'd known her for years.
And that's before I mention the great beer.
We weren't in a hurry for it to end.
    Cheers.

Professor Dewar was a great, witty guide with a dry funny sense of humor! He was very knowledgeable. We were happy with our experience!

We are three couples (60-70’s) that took a private van tour. We booked outside of the cruise ship we were on and experienced excellent customer service!
We visited many sites, i.e. Reversing Falls, Bay of Fundy, Moosehead Brewery and beautiful scenery! Never felt rushed and Abdul was very knowledgeable and flexible to making sure we had a great time!
    Highly recommend!
