Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I totally recommend this tour. The company is very responsible and organized. The tour guy, Mr. Uvaldo, is great access to the company. Our tour was perfect, I will be recommending this tour to friends and family. Thank you very much for the great service.

This trip was amazing. Totally worth every dime. It was the ultimate Cabo experience. A day full of fun and our tour guide Alfaro was the best. He didn't miss a beat. He was very professional and courteous and made our experience unforgettable.

Jesus was our guide and he was courteous, professional and, most importantly, on time! The tour was inclusive of all the most important sites in both cities. But, the highlight was the boat trip out to the Arch. Overall, it was a great way to spend the day and a welcome change of scenery from the daily resort and beach/pool scene.

I liked the flexibility of the itinerary and all the staff/guides we met along our journey. Shaggy our boat and snorkeling guide was very informative and personable. Honestly, the “glass bottom “ boat was not particularly useful to see much below the boat. Lunch was very basic but adequate. The only way to really see anything is to get in the water and snorkel. Roberto our driver on land was great with giving us recommendations of things to do in Cabo on our free time after we had a brief tour of the how they make tequila and included tequila tastings. - like adding a beach day for a couple of hours. Overall the experience was worth the money.

THIS WAS THE BEST TOUR OF OUR TRIP!!! Luis (or Luiz? Ah sorry, I can’t remember the exact spelling) is an extremely competent and friendly tour guide. He will teach you so much about Cabo while making sure you are having a fantastic time.

My husband and I have been on two Cabo boating expeditions prior this week, and this one beat both. For this particular boat ride, you will see the famous Arch, huge rock formations, pelicans, and sea lions up close. It felt like a National Geographic trip, hehe.

Luis then drove us to a family owned Glassblowing factory, where we sat with other tour groups and witnessed locally recycled glass from tequila bottles morph into a pitcher. My favorite part was when the senior glassblowing artist cut a portion of malleable, orange hot glass with shears and rapidly molded into the pitcher’s handle. After the demonstration, we perused through their shop of handmade glass goods.

Next stop was the Tequila tasting, which definitely elevated our experience. We entered in with limited knowledge and exited as educated tequila connoisseurs, lol. The guy here was extremely knowledgeable about Tequila’s science and history, and taught us about different types. We tasted each kind, from blanco, to extra añeja (reminiscent of scotch), to chocolate. Chances are that everyone in your group will find a tequila type that pleases their palate—the guys in our group particularly enjoyed the extra aged tequila, and the ladies liked the dessert versions. I actually never liked Tequila much beforehand, because in the states we commonly associate the drink with shots that burn your throat. At first, I didn’t believe their claim that the burn can be avoided, but to everyone’s surprise, none of the 7-8 shots (yes, that many) burned our throats. It’s all because they taught us the proper technique.

After the tasting, Luis drove us to the Art District of San Jose Del Cabo where we dined at Jazmin’s for lunch. Then he took us to a jewelry shop/art gallery on one of the main streets. From that point, he gave us about half an hour or so to explore a bit on our own. My husband and I visited a handful of galleries and shops before deciding to grab a margarita. We reconvened in front of the church where Luis drove us all back to our resorts.

We’re glad that we got a taste of San Jose Del Cabo from the tour, because from then on until the rest of our vacation, my husband and I left our resort every night to dine out in this city area instead. We HIGHLY recommend it. The main area (Jose Maria Morelos street) is very trendy with really cool bars, live music, and gorgeous outdoor restaurants without the “college party” vibe. Basically, Cancun and Cabo San Lucas was for my twenties, and San Jose Del Cabo is for my thirties. It most definitely beats resort food. Ubering from the JW Marriott to this area cost around 99-130 pesos (~$5 to $7 USD), and when it’s time to return there’s usually one 4 minutes away.

What’s funny is that this was a last minute activity that we tacked onto our vacation itinerary, so we didn’t expect much. But it exceeded expectations. The tour is filled with diverse activities that are perfectly timed. Nothing felt too short nor too long, and it each stop was fun.

Finally for my last words, give this man Luis a raise!! He really took care of our group. He’s extroverted, but will respect your space. You can see he’s a man of his community based on his very welcoming interactions with all the workers and locals we encountered. He’s down-to-earth with good energy, which really made the tour enjoyable and complete. For example, he asked the restaurant staff to do something nice for someone in our group because it was their birthday. So a few guys came out in lucha libre masks, gave them dessert, and poured tequila down their throat, lol. (Hopefully someone is your group will be celebrating their birthday, too!)

We really appreciate Luis for his positivity, hospitality, patience, and professionalism. He’s pretty much the reason we’re taking time out of our day to write this review. If you are lucky enough to get him as your guide, make sure to tip him well! He will do his best to make sure you have a fun and memorable experience :)

Taking a tour around Los cabos with this business has been delightful. I felt very safe and also very content with the way the tour has been straight to the point and even gave us some free time to walk around the plazas and beaches. Francisco was our tour guide and was delightful. Although I had forgotten my receipt upon pick up he was patient enough to wait for me to retrieve it through the hotel front desk. I recommend this tour!

This was our 3rd Catamaran trip with Baja Charters in 6 years and they have again outdone themselves! We snorkeled at the reef and also Los Islotes and had a wonderful day. We had our 85 yr old dad with us and he had a blast. The crew was amazing and took great care of us with first class food & service. Plan to do it again next year; thank you for a great trip!

This was such an amazing experience. We had three crew members Yani (she is a marine biologist), Pedro (captain), and Ricardo (host and he is also dive instructor). We booked a marine life safari and we went up and down the coast from Cabo and saw what we could see. The boat is 12 months old and they provided snorkel gear and a beautiful ceviche for a snack. The highlight of the trip was a humpback whale that breached right by the boat. It was a great way to spend the day with my teen kids.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our choice! Alex, our guide, was great. He arrived on time, treated us like royalty, and pointed out all the less touristy spots to eat and drink.

The dinner cruise was great! The captain made sure to spend plenty of time at lands end. He circled to ship to allow for every passenger to get a good view and shots of the beautiful landscape.

    I strongly recommend Alex’s service.

Booked the full day (11 hour) tour from La Paz to Todos Santos & Los Canoe with Choya Tours. Booking online was very easy & straight forward. Our tour guide, Issac, was excellent and a pleasure throughout the day. He was a careful driver and provided excellent descriptions of all our sights.
The tour included transportation from La Paz to Todos Santos followed by a brief walking tour of the town and then free time on our own.
We next drove to Cabo San Lucas where we had a glass bottom boat ride out to the Arch, fish feeding and sea lions. After the boat ride was an included Mexican buffet lunch followed by a tequila tasting.
We then continued on yo San Jose del Cabo with another brief walking tour and free time for shopping.
A really great day to see the southern peninsula!
