Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our guide Nicha, and our photographer George, were great! They spoke good english, were very funny and seemed to have a real connection with the animals! Our time with the dolphins was amazing!! We did the royal package and it was worth the money! Pictures were a bit more expensive than they should have been. Additionally, we got a free lunch with our package but our transit was only at 1:15 or 3:15 so your options were to miss lunch and go home or eat lunch and have two hours with nothing to do. Overall though, great experience would reccomend stoping by!

Excellent customer service, prompt and professional. I would recommend Baja and beyond for your Cabo transportation.

My wife and I used WeGoCabo for 4 days in Cabo and they took us to and from the airport, to and from dinner and to and from a sailing trip we did. Everyone was great. Christian was our driver for most rides and was awesome.

Highly recommend, it was less expensive for the entire engagement than just going through the hotel for the airport both ways. Cars were all very nice and clean with water and beer!

A bit of a party boat, which was a bit of a surprise but it turned out to be a good experience. I needed a bit of help getting on and the crew made sure that happened. They were efficient and friendly and I appreciated it. They also made sure that I got a good seat.

As advertised, the cruise lasted 21/2 hours and was great value. The dinner was definitely not gourmet but it was well prepared and plentiful. We got up close to The Arches and they gave us a good overview of the area. The sunset was amazing with lots of opportunities to take photos or to just enjoy the beauty.

The tequila shots, fiesta music and dancing on the top deck all became part of the experience.

Best part: the view with the friendly and willing staff right up there.

Disappointment: no sea lions. I had been hoping to see some.

I contacted Pedro at Bluecabo to arrange a fishing trip during my wedding stay. Having fished over a dozen times I completely understand fishing success is dependent on the current conditions, bite and experience of the crew. It started before we even boarded the boat. It's common to pay an additional cash amount for live bait. We did so without hesitation. But then we were told there was yet additional charges for bait. Which has never happened to me in the 12-14 previous fishing trips. Based on the fishing report we explained we wanted to fish for Albacore. The previous day's report indicated a high success rate approx 10-15 miles off shore. I explained to the Captain and Deckhand this is what we wanted to fish for. He agreed and off we went. Unfortunately we never made it more than a mile or so off of Lands End. I know this because i had my gps recording the trip. Not only did we not go off shore the gps showed us trolling in circles never moving more than a 1/2 mile or so.
My wedding party had chartered two boats that day. The other boat did slightly better going offshore. But when we returned to the dock there was no offer to clean the fish, or where to take them. They simply handed my party some garbage bags to do what we wanted with the fish.

I of course felt responsible as I arranged, booked and paid for the trip.

Pedro and Bluecabo are nothing more than entertainment brokers. They use the company that pays the biggest commission for booking trips.
