    Great Trip
    I am handicapped and use an electric mobility scooter. I was afraid that we wouldn’t be able to do the tours but we contacted Rich the Owner and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. They had a van with a lift that loaded the scooter. We had Kevin as our Guide on all 3 days. Kevin was fantastic. He arrived on time to pick us up. Loaded and unloaded the scooter at every stop. Kevin’s knowledge was amazing. He filled us in on every nuance of the areas we toured. We toured Mount Rushmore, the Black Hills, Crazy Horse, the Badlands and Wall. Great trip.

    Like having your own personal tour guide that you can shut up whenever you want to talk
    I loved Gypsy guide. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. It worked perfectly and as advertised. The variety and depth of stories was excellent as was the guidance on the routes. The website was also helpful, as was a call I made during my trip planning, to one of their staff. We used the Black Hills, Rushmore, Devils Tower & Badlands National Park Tour version.

    The guide knows via GPS where you are on the route and starts guidance/story telling as appropriate. It does it in bite-size chunks so that every few minutes or so it is quiet, allowing us to think and or discuss together what was said. Very well planned indeed.

    At only $13 it is an amazing buy. I would have paid 2x or 3x for what it provided. That being said, there were 1 or 2 minor glitches and the one improvement I would like to have made, namely to have it interface with Apple Car Play. The audio itself worked great with my 2022 car’s interface, and picked up whenever it was supposed to and play thru the car’s audio. However, there were times we wanted to look at a map or be sure where we were relative to your talk points, especially for the Custer Park part of the tour. What would have made the product better is if the map it threw up on the iPhone was more clear AND if that came up on the Car Play display. Then I would never have to touch the iPhone.

    Besides that one enhancement request, we were exceedingly happy with our purchase. This is a great product.

    Wonderful Experience !!!!
    Our experience was great. Our tourist guide, Bailey, was the best. She gave us lots of information regarding the tour. We will definitely recommend her . We loved Rapid City. Hopefully we will come back soon

    Badlands at Sunset
    This was a wonderful tour. Our tour guide, Daniel, was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we got to see and do all that we expected. We saw prairie dogs, big horn sheep, a coyote, buffalo, and antelope. The night sky was awesome. We never realized how many satellites were in our skies. Daniel had water and snacks for us. Thank you for such a rich experience.

    Private Badlands Tour
    My sister and I had a fantastic private tour of the Badlands with Randy! We took lots of pictures and learned so many interesting facts about South Dakota. Melina did a fantastic job accommodating our requests and keeping in touch throughout the entire booking process. We are extremely happy and grateful for the experience!

    Awesome Tour Guide
    Just returned from South Dakota with Hans being our tour guide. This man was awesome in pleasing and seeing that all wishs and needs were met.
    Hans had 8 passengers on this trip.

    Everything good about the Badlands
    We did the tour the day after snow and ice covered the road. It was treacherous, but uniquely beautiful given the unusual snow and ice covering everything. Daniel, who could have easily cancelled the tour, was incredibly careful and, above all, concerned for our safety. We never felt in danger and were very confident in his judgement. The tour was excellent, easily exceeding our expectations. He knows every view and photographic opportunity and has deep knowledge of the area, it's history, geography and culture. To top it off, he is a great companion, and it is a joy to spend the day with him.
