The waterfall is ok not great but the area around it was nice. The lookout that they stopped at for pics was good. The gym offers perfect packages for training, accomodation, etc.
The staff is super nice and the trainers are well experienced and extremly friendly. They offer both, beginner and experienced martial artists opportunities to fight in Thailand.
The Training is precisly organized and the gym is clean and offers everything you want and need to train. The healthy café offers delicious and healthy food. The customer service before, during and after the stay is just perfect. They really take care of you. The afternoon advanced class is a great way to get your fitness up starting with a run followed by maybe some skipping or shadow boxing, light sparring, pad / bag work and strength and conditioning at the end.
The private lessons are a great way to brush up on your technique. The one on one focus with a trainer is really beneficial - a great place to start if you are a beginner too.
