    Review of: The Carran Loop
    All weather countryside
    Our day happened to be dry but this walk would be good in all weather, I think, i.e. no muddy paths. Interesting vistas as well as roadside flora. Constant sound of birds yet we saw few.
    Best part was coffee and cake at Burren Perfumery before starting and lunch at Cassady's after :-)

    Review of: Carran Medieval Church
    Unique in one respect.
    This 15th century church, a reconstruction of a 13th century church, is unusual in having identifiable remains of a belfry. It is arguably unique in that it shows evidence of a second-story residence. There is evidence to support the belief that the upper story also had a defensive purpose, possibly to protect from marauders.
    And like most of the fascinating ruins in Ireland, it's free! It doesn't have interpretive signage, so preliminary Internet research is a good idea.

    Super nice and friendly! The Movie (Slideshow) in the Shop is a Sensation !!!
    The Products there are super 👍🏾!
    The Coffee Shop with Bakery is stunning and you think, you wanna try every different Cake. The Coffee and the Burren The is number one!
