You can buy a bed here - it is a complete bazaar plus the most beautiful produce from local farms. Every imaginable French delicacy, cheeses, fish, meats, bakeries, and more. Like Thanksgiving every week. People come from all over. An experience that covers the main square and areas all over town. In the late summer there are melons. Very special.

I was walking the Camino de Santiago and was rushing to get here before 6 PM as I was sure the Tourist Office would close then. I was also walking without a cell phone so depended on others to call for me if that was necessary. I made it to the office just as the door was being locked, but the kind, smiling woman unlocked it and invited me in.
Well, what can I say - other than for the next 45 minutes she called everyone on her list who has or might have a key to the pelerins gite but as this was the first day of the school break there was no one available.
She then called a nearby hotel and explained my predicament. The hotel gave me a special deal on a room and meals.
Thank you. I'm sorry I have forgotten your name - you deserve a medal.

Jean is a passionate pragmatist who has developed credible theories about how the pyramids were built.
His reasoning is based on the available tools at the time.
A very nice visit for anyone who is curious about ancient Egypt and/or science.

I have been there several times, the special expositions being always interesting and particularly the citroen having gone thru the road to China
