Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Jean is a passionate pragmatist who has developed credible theories about how the pyramids were built.
His reasoning is based on the available tools at the time.
A very nice visit for anyone who is curious about ancient Egypt and/or science.

Excellent exhibitions over 3 floors. Free entry for everyone, unless there are specific activities at around 5€. Expect to spend around 30 minutes there, as it depends if you are an in-depth viewer or a quick browser.

You can buy a bed here - it is a complete bazaar plus the most beautiful produce from local farms. Every imaginable French delicacy, cheeses, fish, meats, bakeries, and more. Like Thanksgiving every week. People come from all over. An experience that covers the main square and areas all over town. In the late summer there are melons. Very special.

I was walking the Camino de Santiago and was rushing to get here before 6 PM as I was sure the Tourist Office would close then. I was also walking without a cell phone so depended on others to call for me if that was necessary. I made it to the office just as the door was being locked, but the kind, smiling woman unlocked it and invited me in.
Well, what can I say - other than for the next 45 minutes she called everyone on her list who has or might have a key to the pelerins gite but as this was the first day of the school break there was no one available.
She then called a nearby hotel and explained my predicament. The hotel gave me a special deal on a room and meals.
Thank you. I'm sorry I have forgotten your name - you deserve a medal.

Great place to swim, sauna, steam room. Very relaxed and family oriented. All indoors. The pool is perfect.

Stunning church which was unavoidable as we passed through to Cognac. Impressive design. A real presence on the landscape and a treasure of a church. Well worth stopping off to look at and see properly.

Drove to see the carved and painted triptych, unfortunately it is behind glass. Small church, pretty small stained glass windows, free to enter.

A nice spot to sit and people watch, the market is just around the corner. There are a couple of other bars in this area but they don't have such s good selection of drinks, I stayed for the Belgian beers. Steff friendly, location great, recommended.
