If you have a dragon pass they are “fully booked” happens every year. Don’t bother even putting your name down for a call back, probably as much Barclays fault for providing a useless benefit for their account holders.

Unfortunately we didn’t get past the “bouncer” on the desk. He was extremely rude so we went to the escape lounge opposite.
