What a blast from the past. This was my third visit to Evita se Perron and every one of them was a treat and a mind-bender. It is with such mixed emotions that one simultaneously loves and hates our heritage through the eyes of Pieter-Dirk...More

Interesting joint with a visit into the past through Boerasic park and other stuff from the old South Africa and apartheid era. The home of the famous Evita Bezuidenhout.

Many times, I feel museums wring history to a pulp, dishing up platters of information that are lifeless and dull. But that's not the case at Evita se Perron; it really was a surprise to find that a major chunk of South African history was...More

We loved our visit to Evita se Perron. Lots to see. We had scones and tea in the morning and went back for burgers later. Very affordable

Wonderful to visit again. Pieter-Dirks' humor is brilliant. I felt that there however a downgrade of the food served with the show.

A great insight into the history of South Africa, brought to the visitor in a way only Evita would be able to. Pay attention to the little nuances such as Winnie in the bathtub riding the gravy train. Well worth the visit and a great...More

Evita se Perron's place is a must! A great shop, Evita's garden "Boerassic Park" gives you a fabulous and humorous view to the past and modern South Africa. The restaurants have nice "no frills food" - and do not miss the super Darling Brew beer!
