We got told about this "Little Tunnel" by the Visitor information center in Penticton. Apparently you can also bike there, but we drove to the nearest parking lot, which is "Kettle Valley Rail Trail Parking" on Google Maps. From there we walked the 4.4 km...More

The KVR trail is a great way to ride around the vineyards. There are a few options to consider. First option is to hire a tour company to drop your family off at the 20, 40 or 80 km mark. The trail has a 2%...More

We had a really enjoyable time walking this trail. The surrounding scenery is stunningly beautiful. Being a former railway, the trail is flat with no stressful climbing to be done.

We have some nice trails in Alberta, but nothing matches the sheer scope, length and beauty of the KVR Railway Trail network. It's quite extensive, going very much beyond the stretch near Okanagan Falls. Myra Canyon is part of the system, and so is this...More

I have done most of this trail on my touring crossover. No big ups, no traffic, lots of beautiful BC forest. There’s bridges, lots of tunnels and fun.

Walked part of the trail today with friends. Be prepared to have cyclists have the right away as they are coming up behind you they expect you to move over off the trail. It's a nice walk.

Walking north from Okanagan Falls towards Penticton, is one of the most picturesque walking/biking trails. The views of Skaha Lake are beautiful as you follow the shore line. Bird sightings are abundant and if you are lucky, you will see mountain bluebirds, western bluebirds, spotted...More

The KVR trail through the Okanagan Valley is a treasure for the valley folks as well as visitors. The trail is 600 km of rail right of way that has been conserved for recreation. It travels through some of the most beautiful scenery in the...More

We were luck to stay across the street at KM0 of the KVR. Enjoyed brisk morning walks and runs right up to KM4 and back. It's beyond beautiful with the morning light across the vineyards. Highly recommended
