We were here for a week with good weather. Resort, slopes are great and well prepared with amazing views! However they are limited in offer so after one day you are repeating. 3/4 days here when the weather is good are heaven. Longer or in bad weather you better stay away

This resort is a hidden gem. After driving thru the Dolomites and southern Austria, we finally found some good snow. The high altitude and glacier helped maintain a wide open ski area. This provided a nice base when we finally got fresh snow. There was plenty to ski for both groomed runs and off-piste skiing. Small crowds and a good... More

Excellent high altitude quality of snow, wide and well groomed slopes, very good for family ski vacation. The only thing we did not like very much was the travel up the glacier by train...which can be crowded and quite claustrophobic.

Been there with a group of ~35 TYPO3 Geeks in Feb. 2017 and had a lot of fun together, although the weather was 'mixed' that time. Impressive sourrounding and views, bring your photo camera with you!

We had a wonderful time! The slopes are great for all levels, the views are fantastic, and the people are very friendly no matter where you go. I'd love to come back!

Nice place but the snow is much better after January. There are many small towns in the area with reasonable rates for B&B.

Pitztal is unbeatable in November. This time it was exceptionally cold (-13 to -17 brrrr) but with fresh snow. In the past couple of years two major ski lifts have been upgraded and a restaurant at the top (3,440m above sea level) added with a wonderful view: only mountains around (360 degrees).

Resort for skiing is just amazing. Cabins and bench lifts are great. Nice view, maintained slopes. Only minus (a big one) for me is that you can't pay by card in the restaurant. And only ATM is at the bottom parking lot. Knödel - 6Eur, Lasagne - 9Eur, Radler - 4Eur

Majority of sloaps have character of roads. It might be convenient for families but almost all red sloaps has parameters od blue. In comparison with Solden or Hintertux you can find very poor services with very limited meal selection BUT WITH PRICES LIKE ON CLONDIKE. No acceptance of credit cards confirms that this skiresort pretents to be Top but at... More
