It is one of the most popular places of Tezpur. A good place to spend some quality time. We can also see the Kalia- Bhumura bridge from the top

This is a related to an ancient mythology from where Tezpur got its name from. It is located right on the banks of the Brahmaputra river and one has to climb up the hill. It has now been made into a park and is one of the major attractions in Tezpur.

The locals over hype this place with history etc. but after the renovation , you can consider this as a small park to walk that is well maintained and have some nice recently made sculptures.
