A nice new boardwalk takes you about two-thirds of the way around this lake which is nice for watching birds (though summer not the best time) and dragonflies.

There are so many varieties of bird to see here as well as terrapins and lizards, wonderful to see such a diversity

Small but lovely lake with mountains in the back ground. Easy parking near the really good cafe & a wide well built boardwalk which nearly goes all around the lake. Lot of bird life including more than one pair of kingfishers. Supposed to be turtles...More
