Pretty tough to get there, but it's worth to visit! If you're not much of a walker/hiker - choose water taxi. Hot water springs coming out from the ground and mixed with sea water - like taking a hot bath under the sun. One can find a spot with cooler or hotter water. Local couple selling mud masks (5€ a... Nice occassion, but absolutely not equipped. Be prepared to walk a tough slope or pay 5 euro for water taxi and a bit smaller hill for a bus. The baia itself-very rocky. Plenty of crabs and no shade. No shower. 1 cabin though

We took a water taxi from St Angelo for €5 each way, better than doing the steps. I read about this place and it sounded magical but in reality it was not quite as charming. Yes you can sit in hot water in the sea, yes there is a man there cooking potatoes in the water, yes it's nice to... More

After an exciting bus ride from the terminal in Ischia Porto, and a stop to explore the beautiful Forio on the way, we exited in Panza and made our way down, down, down the long road toward the Sorgeto Hot Springs. The last 250 stairs were killers on ankle tendons! But the glory of the hot pools at the bottom... More

I brought my boyfriends family to this spot as i wanted them to try something new (they always stick to the places they know) after walking down the giant hill and steps and wondering how on earth we were going to get back up, i saw the look of horror on their face when they found there wasn't much of... A most enjoyable morning. Went on the bus from ischia Porto. It was a walk downhill from the nearest stop but on the way back we took the water taxi to sant Angelo so the walk to the nearest bus stop whilst uphill was it too demanding and made the trip doable. Great waters with man made pools of different... More

Baia di sorgeto is very relaxing. It´s an area of natural hot water pools where people can relax in the end of a rainy or sunny day.

We loved visiting the Sorgeto natural spring! We loved that it was full of locals and that they let us share in their little piece of paradise. To sit in the ocean and experience the natural thermal water is so cool! The closer you sit to the spring the warmer it is but to then have the cooler ocean water... More

Best time to go: evening from 8pm on!!! A handful of people go at that time at this time of the year. Water is so warm! True...in some spots can feel extremely hot, be careful. A local guy (Dino) is there all the time to cook eggs and potatoes on the water....he throw me one potato and it was delicious.... More
