Ideal visit for young families, indoor carting for children - pedal power, cafe area and souvenir to buy

Great place to visit, I looked at detail the German products - BMW engines, and engineering. The british Land Rover that was our pride, the German Engineering was and is Years in Front. However good place for children age 4 +, children can sit on some vehicles that have wooden seats. A place to visit during the week when not busy. 2 - 3 Hrs without eating food is ample time.

Soo much to see in so little space
Aug 2019
It is really in the details here, on each square meter there is stuff to be found. Thrown back into history and more. It gives a good impression of the work of the people doing this.

Only for neederlan people

They have not got information in English, only in Dutch language. They do not refund the money and it is expensive for the attractions
It is better do not visit for tourism people.

Day out
May 2019 • Family
I found it very interesting but my Granddaughter who is nearly five was to young .
Would possibly like to see the information in several languages and not given a A4 sized folder to carry round .
The ladies on reception were excellent and I would pop back without my granddaughter and look more closely at the displays

Safety first

Don't walk to quick through this museum or you will miss a lot of information.
It gives you a good view of police, fire brigade and ambulance in the Netherlands.
As case they show what is done after the crash of Turkish Airlines near Schiphol.

Nice and informative place for kids and adults
May 2017 • Family
We spent about two hours in this place. It was fun to see all those different cars from firemen and policecars. Kids liked the answers the questions, it was sometimes hard to find the numbers on the list. Kids loved the skelters the most :-). Gladly, there were not too many families :-).
We found it really difficult to come there, walking from the railway station, we didn't see any sign at all (or not yet), so be prepared!
It's great to pay a visit here.

Small museum for kids
Apr 2016
Kids get to dress up like policemen, firemen etc, and check out a pretty big collection or vehicles used by emergency personnel.

Free for kids up to 4 years old.
