Very enjoyable visit, would recommend a guide who was very knowledgable & great humour. Large area to cover so easily spend 3 hrs here. Minimal cost too.

If you want to cut off from the hot sun and the beach for a day, this is the escape option. It is really refreshing atmosphere, you can even have a nap there.

We saw giant lily, white lotus and special palm which was amazing for a non tropical resident. You dont need a guided tour, 1 hour is enough for a comprehensive walk within the garden.

We got taken to a rip off restaurant by our taxi driver it's called Le Pecheur and was very very expensive. Some friends ate at the Sugar Factory and said that was good so it's probably a better bet.
