Nice outing lots of birds and other wildlife. Dirt roads are accessable with a small car. Take some water and some snacks along and enjoy the nature drive.

We visited the reserve after winter, so it was very dry. At the Jacana hide there was no water, so also not many birds. A few puddles remain at the new Crake hide, so there were enough birds there for a good weekend's birding. With...More

Very relaxing with abundant bird live and various small game species. The hiking trails are well demarcated and easy to walk on. The hide at the dam was well structured and it was a pleasure just to sit and relax for awhile watching the bird...More
