Well preserved fort, very near the sea and not very far away from Kuta Ternate. Very easy access by ojek . Near the fort other interesting places as Ngade lagoon or Panorama Cafe ( very nice views of the nearby islands of Maitara and Tidore)

Best preserved stonework fort in Ternate, but no cannons. Only one sign, all in Indonesian, with history.so much more could be done.

a well maintenance fort on seaside with beautiful sea views. there's no activities or another attraction inside this fort. it takes only less than 30 minutes to explore this place.

Not very interesting site really, it's quite small, nothing overly special about it. It does have a nice view of some of the neighboring islands but that's about it. If you are doing a day tour of ternate I would probably skip it as there...More

Easily accessible, well preserved and surprisingly small. Famously shaped like a turtle. Makes you reflect on the old struggles for monopoly of the spice trade in this area. Was this fort really thought to be big enough?

Another nice places to visit during in the island, sadly that the beach was very bad and dirty. Need to look after so well with the waste.
