Nice photos, fantastic collections, but this (FREE) museum needs to give those artefacts the treatment they deserve (arrows are shockingly taped to the walls !!) Some captions are in English, but not all.

The museum contains varied display of tribal artifacts and religious paraphernalia. It also includes antique weapons, clothes, accessories used by aboriginal tribes in the Bastar region. Usually quiet due to less number of visitors, it is interesting to know about tribal culture and lifestyle.

An excellent collection of lifestyle things of Bastar people. This place is located on the right hand side of the road towards chitrakot falls. We visited this place while returning from waterfall and spent around 30-45 minutes. Enjoyable experience.
