Modern, nice equipped, realy great view from balcony. Unfortunately repairation stage is on going and we could not get a rocket outside of museum

Very nice and lovely museum, you can find how was daily life of great person in small town nearest Kaluga. There are many things from his private life.

If you can't read Russian, it would be difficult, because everything is written in russian, but is stunning to meet with the circumstances how the men was living, who has planning the Soviet space rockets...

It is here... in the small local museum in Kaluga, state capital of my home village. All other have copies/samples, also VOSTOK (Gagarin's craft) is right near by: State Museum of Cosmonauts in Kaluga To my shame I got there years after visiting National Museum of Aeronautic in Washington, DC - so if yo want to see "luxury science" that... When in Kaluga there are two things you must see, one is the State Museum of Cosmonauts and the other is the Tsiolkovsky House Museum. Konstantin Tsiolkovsky was the theoretical physicist in the 1920/30's, and his work laid the foundation to all todays space exploration.
