I thought Fort Carlton was great to see. It's not the original fort but it's been rebuilt on the same location and thereby gives you an authentic feel of what the original buildings must have been like. We also cooked some bannock-on-a-stick over an open...More

After checking and double checking hours of operation for this attraction, we drove all the way out there only to find it was not open. No explanation whatsoever. The road was rough and not in good shape but passable. We could look around the fort...More

The Fort is out of the way, and the road to it is a bit rough after the spring rains, but it is a lovely spot. Staff are very knowledgable and passionate about the local history. The walk overlooking the river is a great side...More

Were there as part of a tour group, nice to see history preserved, and what made our province what it is.
