Nothing much to say here. Extreme beauty whereever you look. "Must see" fits this place. The ocean on one side, the cliff, the castle. It is worth climbing up and down those stairs. I did not visit the inside of the castle though.

We should have checked the website first, as it was closed due to the weather conditions, but it did not spoil a good walk there and back to blow away some cobwebs.

Only one way in and out I’m afraid. There are parts of the stairs that are fairly steep but it is all absolutely worth it. Take your time and stop and enjoy the views.

It’s quite a walk from the town, also the access involves lots of outdoor stairs down cliffs and up again. I use a walking-stick so can no longer visit. Shame, because it is fascinating.
