I was there on a foggy cool day that gave the place an air of mystery and ancient intrigue. Inside there are many old wall paintings and carvings on the altar. The grounds are mysterious as well.

This chapel is one of the oldest in the world. It is old, full of history and is on top of a hill... Overlooking the Trieste harbor... The view is breath taking... On a clear day, you can probably see as far as Venice and the Alps.
