3 hours from Waingapu, the capital city of East Sumba regency, can including visit Pau and Rende village before getting this place. the best time to visit is during low tide so you can see the cliff and walking a long the beach.

If you want to go to Watu Parunu a good place to sleep is Sumba adventure resort. About 7km before this beach. Please take your plastic home with you or this place will not stay beautiful.
