We used these facilities while staying on a rate that included accommodation (excellent), access to the health club ( spotless), dinner and breakfast ( both delicious and very well served in a lovely restaurant). We felt we had excellent value for money and will return.

My mum and I enjoyed a spa day last weekend and had the most wonderful time. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked through the door; all the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food we had throughout the day was delicious (breakfast buffet, lunch then afternoon tea) and there was unlimited... More

As my first Spa experience I was a little disappointed. The Spa was small and not very luxurious which I expected. The feeling was that you were underground, and although I know Spa's are dimly lite, I think the dinning area could be brighter with natural light and maybe a window overlooking the grounds. The treatments were fine but explained... More

Lovely spa. Nice staff. Spoilt by 2x4 sets of middle aged women not understanding peace and tranquility. Totally ruined the day that staff members could not bring themselves to tell them to chill it down. Husband and I had to play chess all day, they move near us we move away. One member of staff obviously knew a guest and... More

Visited the spa last week with a friend (my 2nd visit). Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and were quickly booked in and shown to the changing rooms. Inside the locker was a bag with a towel, robe and slippers (included in price to use during the visit). The spa is spotless and the staff are very... More

My mum and I visited for a spa day and had an excellent day. All the staff were very helpful including Chloe who showed us around the facilities. I had a facial and back massage which was very relaxing, thank you Georgie! The food was delicious too! We will be back again soon 😊

I go here each month and the manager in the spa is so rude. Clearly gets paid far too much and has crap customer service skills. I feel awkward talking to her and have to force the conversation myself. Actually cancelled a booking for how she spoke to me and never been back. However the lady at the reception on... More

We spent the day at the Spa and it was an ok experience. Firstly the positives: We had a facial and back massage and it was lovely. We had our treatments in the same room and it was nice and relaxing. You can basically eat all day if you want with a buffet breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with limitless... More

This is the third time I've visited Fairlawns Spa. This time we both had a lava shell back massage, which was really good (being a massage therapist myself I'm quite picky about massages). The spa is run well by the staff, although they do need to keep an eye out for things like large groups taking over the Snug, which... More
