Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This new City Museum of Kouvola (Kouvolan kaupunginmuseo) was opened in November 2015. It is situated in the same building with Poikilo Art Museum, next to the Museum Quarter with old wooden houses.
When you go to the staircase, you see an interesting computer generated video projection by Charles Sandison, an English born Scottish visual artist who lives and works in Tampere, Finland. It consists of local historical documents, words and photos.
The museum has temporary exhibitions. The current exhibition tells about living in Kouvola and elsewhere in Finland from the 1960's to the 1980's. This exhibition is open until October 9th, 2016. The exhibition is very interesting but quite small. But I loved it.
