We only did the marsh walk because we were passing through the area on our way to Ottawa. It was a very enjoyable break and it was a nice relaxing walk.

Camping is one way to visit this park, day use is another. A day pass cost me just under $15 and is well worth it considering all this park has to offer a wildlife enthusiast. During spring and fall bird migration many spend some time...More

My first time on this park; I have been in several across Ontario. Most Camping sites are good but next time will look one closer to the shore; the internal ones can feel a bit close. Facilities are good although some show their age. The...More

Main beach is sandy and uncrowded. High water levels restricted the available size of beach (compared to previous years). Lots of parking. Sandy beach on west side; rocky beach on south side. Lots of walking and bike trails throughout the park. Park store, Nature Centre...More

There are decent beaches. I would call the park office as they had trouble with flooding this Spring and I had heard they closed the park for a short time but unsure if they had reopened it. We also travelled to the... More

The park is closed right now due to flooding. The boardwalk is underwater and many sites are flooded. Not sure when the park will reopen or how the sites will be affected.

Hi! I believe there is certain zones if you check the Presquile map that tell you where pets aren't allowed. Most of the time, and almost all areas allow pets. (Expect for one area that is made for no pets.)
