Hidden in a residential area is this excellent cider barn. Step into this place and have a taste of their excellent ciders. We purchased three different types, my favourite being 'Slack Ma Girdle' !

Stunning cider. Loads of free samples. Charming knowledgable young gentleman serving. Gorgeous cheese - Fiery Fred’s cheddar. Shame we don’t live closer to let us visit more regularly. A must for any cider lover.

Drinking Hecks Cider at the Stable Bar just off the Cathedral Green in Winchester. The sun in screaming into the street, it feels like Rome. Cider like it aughta be. Proper job.
