If Anyone would like trucking experience in Kannur this is the place,better book one room in paithal Mala resort , its so close to trucking starting point

Paithamala is one of the great places for trekking and one-day tour in Kannur district. you will need to trek around 1-hour to reach the top of the hill

it was such a great experience. . went there with friends. . and there were leaches when we were going to the view point. . so don't forget to take salt. . but the view was soooo good. . and the atmosphere was so fresh....More

Good for locals from Kannur district. Not recommended for outsiders. Really bad roads and no activities after reaching there. Only one resort and food is really bad there as they don't have any competitors nearby.

Paithalamala is an ecotourism destination in Kannur, mostly preferable for those who have interest in trekking. The trek through forest is a thrilling for natural lovers. The landscape view of Paithalmala is breathtaking one....a nice experience....

Its Open, through out, 6AM to 3PM, if you go later than 3PM, then you may not be able to come back before its dark, else no restrictions
