I would expect that the cruise ship would dock in or near Ibiza Town which is over a half hour taxi ride from Port de Sant Miguel. There are two of these little road trains which run from (Santa) Eularia on the east coast and a bit nearer Ibiza Town.
However in answer to you question about easy access from the cruise terminal then NO there is not !!
