Beautiful beach - actually the beauty comes from its silence. The shacks are sad though, hardly any customers and the feel isn't like Anjuna or Baga. But the beach itself more than makes up for it :)

This is an easy walk to the beach if you staying in Dona Sylvia or Radisson Blu resorts. We went there to end of Mobor Beach ( water is much cleaner there ) and started walking towards Cavelossim Beach. The Golden color of the sand...More

Spend lazy days on the lovely sandy beach that stretches for miles. Sea eagles, kites, and many other birds soar above. Visit the beach shacks - the food is fresh and tasty - the beer is ice cold!

Lovely beach. River nearby which I guess merges into the sea. Tough crowded as one of the beast location in south Goa and mots sought after.

Hi I am considering South Goa for my 70th birthday in November 2017. Will the weather be humid and is there a problem with flies and mosquitoes please? I would really like to spend my birthday somewhere warm and exotic. Regards Sheila Pritchard

No, we took sterling and exchanged it in the village. You will get a better exchange there than at the airport.
Is it better to exchange British pounds into Rupees at the Airport rather than the Hotel,or locally, Ive been told it takes ages to find a Bank or ATM in Goa and you could be queuing for hours. Is is easy to find the Pre Paid Taxi at the airport?
