Alpen Park is an old and traditional park in the Gramado and Canela region (it's actually in Canela).
However, it is an attraction that has not evolved with the region, especially not offering service that matches the quality currently offered in many other tourist attractions in Serra Gaúcha.
I've been to Alpen Park many times, taking my children and nephews, and instead of improving, they've gotten worse, especially in terms of service.
I took my son on the roller coaster, very simple compared to what other parks offer, but enough for a child to have fun, and especially because we can (in fact, we could, and that's where the problem lies) take a recorded video of the experience .
Exactly in the stroller where my son and I went, the camera didn't work, making it impossible to get a video of that ride.

It was just a matter of the park redirecting us to a new ride with a working camera.
But not. They denied us this opportunity stating that “they did not guarantee that the camera would be working”.

O Alpen Park foi fundado em 2003, sendo um dos primeiros parques da Serra Gaúcha e trazendo um equipamento inédito em todo o Brasil. Ao longo desse período com certeza tivemos diversos percalços, mas também tivemos ainda mais sucessos que nos garantiram estar aqui completando 20 anos em 2023 e já termos atendimento milhões de visitantes. O sistema de vídeos mencionado está em fase de testes e foi desenvolvido totalmente do zero para se adaptar à nossa operação.
Em nenhum momento foi divulgado ou prometido a gravação, justamente por entendermos que ainda precisa de ajustes para estar ao nível que esperamos. Empreendedorismo, no fim do dia, é exatamente isso: criar, colher feedbacks, entender as falhas e corrigir. Foi isso que nos fez chegar aos 20 anos de vida e será assim que iremos continuar trabalhando.

Very cool! Despite having few toys we managed to have a lot of fun. It's very worth it. We did the tree climbing and zip lining separately and it was incredible. The sled had a queue of more than 2:30, on a hot sunny day and the descent is very quick, but worth the wait. The view is beautiful. Everything very organized and calm.

For those with children or teenagers it is interesting, but in high season you need patience. Almost two hours of queuing to ride the sled. If you aren't going to stay in the park for a long time, it's best to buy an individual ticket and not the package. Paid parking.

We went in low season. We opted for the toy ticket, as we realized that the sled (the most popular toy) would take us a lot of time in line. And we would only stay for the morning.
Riding the sled was wonderful. Rollercoaster pure emotion. Bumper cars leave very little time (3min).

A small park, with few attractions, but more than enough for those who like parks and are visiting lawns.

I had bought my ticket in advance on the Prime Gourmet platform, it happens that when I arrived in town, when checking the weather forecast, I noticed that it would rain a lot during the day.

The park is small, I did the package, and of the 5 rides, only 2 were worth it, the sled and the elevator, but there was a queue and it took a long time, even though the park had few people, the others were very boring and my children didn't go . The zip line and canopy tours look cool, but they were paid for outside, we didn't go.

The attractions are good. The park is small. For young adults, the most interesting thing is the roller coaster and the sled. The other attractions leave something to be desired. It could be a little more lively, songs, other things like that.
I did the zip line and it was incredible!!!
We went and came back by Uber. They generally report that it is difficult to get a return by Uber, what we recommend is to go as soon as it opens (9:30) and return at lunch, as many people are arriving and we can get a return by Uber.

We visited the park on a Tuesday in August, there weren't many queues. I only went on the sledding attraction (64.00 for two people), which I swore would be very calm but it goes extremely fast. Not that I don't like it, I love adrenaline but I didn't even expect it to be fast, at times I even thought I was going to tip over. I found the park a little “left” and I expected more, I expected it to be bigger and tidier. There are cute corners for photos. I had a burger for lunch at Augusta Burger. In the main sweet shop there was a 50% discount on Plateau chocolates.

You don't pay to enter, just to use the toys. We went on a weekday so it was empty, no queues. We did the sled (cart that runs down the mountain on a trail) which I thought was really cool and at a fair price for the duration. We also did the tree climbing, but I think the zip line alone was a cool trip.

Comprei dois ingressos para serem utilizados em maio/2020. Devido a pandemia do coronavírus me vi obrigada a transferir a viagem para dezembro. Depois de várias tentativas para remarcar os ingressos não obtive retorno da empresa. Já mandei e-mail, já fui na busca de ajuda no site e nada! Agora venho aqui expor o descaso da empresa e do parque que nem ao menos visitei, mas que já me deixou uma péssima impressão!
