What's not to like! Good food, good beer, log burner, friendly staff and a great atmosphere in a wonderful old pub with brewery attached! Always wise to book if wanting food. A great choice on the menu. Had the tasty duck and just had enough room to have a pudding, bread and butter with creme anglais. The rest of the... More

It's very noisy here at weekends. You may call that atmosphere, but we found the fact that drinkers congregate round the bar in one of the main eating areas interfered with our arrival and ability to attract staff of a menu and service, as well as enjoyment of the experience. Starters are not cheap, so the very average to tasteless... More

We had a tasty light lunch which prompted us to return for dinner. Fish cakes and venison were good, lasagne had to be returned to be reheated but was delish too. The staff are seriously good, and dogs are welcome and made a fuss off. Highlight is the beer, brewed on premises. Don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great food beer and service. It's a massive menu, so probably part pre- prepared, but you wouldn't readily notice it ! Nice portion sizes. Reasonable prices Well done.

Its a must to visit the beer is great and brewed next door in the brewery. It is the oldest licenced brewary in the country and the beer is great. strong so don't use the car after.

I went on the tour of this brewery as part of my stag do. The brewery is situated in the beautiful village of Bishops Castle. This was a fantastic tour and Steve the head brewer was a really interesting guy. The brewery itself claims to be the oldest in the country and uses traditional methods of gravity based brewing and... More

Quaint place, loads of seating inside as well as in the garden and the rooftop 😜- some real good beers to choose from with high recommendations from the locals - there is even a restaurant area to eat - a great place to go after a good days walking !!

On our most recent visit to the Three Tuns we realised that we have been visiting this pub for over twenty years. In that time there have been a few changes, but the warm welcome, delicious food and great beer have been consistently reliable. Well done. This has to be the best pub in Shropshire!

Having driven past here a few times the pub/brewery whilst having a certain history value does not look very inviting---how wrong you can be The pub was very clean and clearly well run. The staff were both pleasant and helpful. As you would expect a good range of beers, the cleric in particular a very distinctive taste. The food a... More

Have been lucky enough to have been on two "Brewery Visits". Here you will be astounded at the friendliness of the "Brew Crew" and the way they tell you about every aspect of their craft.
