Nice view

For me it was just one of hundred views in Azores. Hiking trail and cows are there too. Interesting thing is that the lake is in the end of 10km straight road, maybe the longest straight road in Portugal.

Awsome walking trail

Get a taxi to take you up. Then, walk the trail down. It is about 10km of memorable pleasure, wonderful lanscapes,fresh pure air, green vegetation and melodic birds'singing, just like a compass to the walking. Try it!

Beautiful sight

Sometimes a little bit foggy but in clear days very beautiful.. If you go up the trail you can see very nice view of the ocean..
