There is nothing to see here at all. It is currently a vaccination facility. The parking guides told us there were never tours here even when it wasn’t a vaccine site.

Always come to Limerick Racecourse around the start of May every year for the Limerick VW Show 🚗 Always a great day out 🍦 I’d recommend that if your visiting to go to the vw show bring your own food 🧺 Highly recommend everyone to visit the racecourse at some stage because it is a lovely place a fountain and the horse racing tracks and the building that has a restaurant/bar inside is well maintained 👍🏻

Went to the races the day after Stephen's day.
We rented a Private Suite (Box) and could easily fit 10 - 15 people!!!
This was my first time at the races ....and I will probably be going back!!!
Pros:
Great view of the races from our own balcony.
Finger food served half-way through race meeting.
A tipster calls into the box....with loads of tips.
The bar is approx. 10 feet away!!!
Teller comes round to each box to take bets before each race!
You can go down to the paddock for an up close encounter with horses and jockeys!
Plenty of facilities, Bars, Food, etc.
Plenty of parking
Cons:
None...expect my bad luck at the bookies!!!!!!
The place is well run and spotlessly clean.
All staff were friendly and very obliging.
Would definitely recommend....even for kids.

Travel to Ireland has to include a visit to the racecourse or race track if you use North American terminology.
The event is a great way to experience another element of Irish culture. Enjoy the food carefully if your career plans are to be a featherweight jockey.
It will take more than one visit to decide on the which bookie offers the best odds in races that can include up to 15 horses. Although I did not discover this betting line -- but I'm sure there is a bet that someone will even place the first bet!

Attending the summer evening races for a corporate event, was given a nice table to sit 14 right by the balcony. Service was very good all staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The food itself was as you’d expect for event food, nothing fancy bit basic, but was tasty. There was a band downstairs after which looked good fun. Beautiful racecourse with amazing views.
If you like racing it’s a nice way to see it without getting cold and wet, don’t expect restaurant quality food.

Disappointed by the minimal crowds for the first flat race of the season. The venue stands were completely empty except when the horses ran. Yes, the weather was sunny, cold & WINDY, but any enthusiasm was lacking. Was told that the Irish don't care for flat racing; hence the attendance was maybe a couple hundred. Not much fun.

We rented a private box for a stag on st Patrick's day and were well looked after from the start. Amy was brilliant at sorting us out with the perfect package which included our our own barman (Eric, brilliant lad whose only fault was he supported Man Utd). We had food and drink all day in our massive suite over looking the finishing line and even managed a few winners. Included in the package the stag got to present a prize to a winning trainer which was great craic. I'd highly recommend Limerick races as a fun day out.

A great testing ground for National Hunt racing, Limerick City is a classic walking town, to be enjoyed over a few days.
