Its located in the main road and one cannot say its so famous. Its different from other temples. Easily accessible and no crowd. Unfortunately we visited just when the temple closed. It closes at sharp, 11:00 a.m in the morning

We nearly got barred from enterring as we came from Malaysia. But thankfully the manager let us in and he was so gracious to guide us. The temple arch was unique and loved the drawings and carvings. Shiva himself was in his splendour.

I went to Vadakkunnathan Temple. You are on a spiritual journey in the 'God's Own Country' Kerala. But, do you know your journey is incomplete if you have not been to the famous Vadakkunnathan Temple of Thrissur. It is great place to go.

One of the best temple. The serene atmosphere, the calmness, the vast area in the midst of the din and buzzle of our cultural capital. I'm a little bit envious of the people who can gather there in the evening and I'm proud of your city.

Went along with my family. Nice place. So many places inside the temple and there is a way and order of worship. Better to watch elder people and follow them for worship
