I booked a limk for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. I had made arrangements with Ian Graeme to have the limo pick us up at 1:30pm for an evening out in the Collingwood area on May 12, 2018. I confirmed our limo just days before. 14 family members and friends met at my parents on May 12, 2018. At 1:45 the limo had still not arrived. I texted Ian stating that the limo had not arrived. He read my message, but did not reply. I texted him again at 2:00pm to ask if we still had a limo and he read my message again but did not reply. I contacted the service directly and a gentleman answered. He had Douglas Graeme contact me. When Douglas called he stated that he is unsure what happened and that the limo was double booked. He stated that Ian does all of the bookings. This was very upsetting and frustrating. Douglas did not offer to make alternative arrangements for us (like have vans pick us up). All he could do was apologize and he stated there was no alternative. I still have not heard anything from Graeme’s service regarding this mix up and have not received a text message back from Ian. We will never use this service again and I would advise anyone who decides to use this service to call several times leading up to the event to confirm their booking. The Molnar Family…

Graham's picked us up for our anniversary in the big stretch. Drove to Thornbury for massage and dinner. Doug the driver was excellent, very professional and accommodating. Limo inside was very clean and all set up. We will use the service again.

12 of us hired Graham for a limo for a Blues Festival! We had a super beautiful comfy stretch pick us all up at various locations and deliver us all home safely and happy! We had an excellent time!
