Our Walking group had a beautiful walk in the woods and around the lake. The paths are good and it was lovely to see our natural indiginous trees. The lake was being well used by local fishermen. As well as a very good play area for children there was a good supply of picnic tables- a luxury for walkers. Unfortunately... More

While this park is a lovely place unfortunately there is a car parking charge. This is not to bad if you are intending staying for a while and using the whole park but if you have children who just want to use the play park then go somewhere else. To access the park with young children is too difficult without... More

A great place for a bit of time out. Quiet and beautiful walks and a warm welcome from Nicola. Also try the golf course, it's a challenging but fun layout

A very clean and tidy place, plenty of room to park and for kids to play, the lake has well placed jetties from which the fishermen enjoy a relaxing few hours. The walkways are neat and well kept. There is a shop from which drinks etc can be purchased.

Walked for an hour around this beautiful park and only saw a handful of people. Watched as the huge Bramley apples were harvested from the Ministry Orchards and saw the mist rising over the tranquil lake.

Great play park and exercise park for kids and adults alike. There is an entry fee in for car parking etc but I always park in the village, it's only a 5 minute walk anyway. The boardwalk is a nice stroll beside the water.

Nice walks around lake, outdoor gym and playground. Small assault course kept kids occupied for ages. Nice picnic benches for a picnic if you get the weather

Great playground, outdoor gym and woodland playground. My two kids who are 9 and 6 loved it. We also enjoyed the walk around the lake, plenty of other walks to do next time.
