The trips with Fluid flow are really helpful for me to advance in skills for paddling. The guiding is excellent and breaks down sections of the river for ease and is able to dynamically accommodate different levels or competencies of skills.. everyone on the trips are smiling, and enjoying the session. There’s a lot of fun and focus on skills makes it a worthwhile every time.. always learning something new and progressing.. I’ve paddled in different locations with FluidFlow, and I’ll keep booking trips because I’m delighted to be able to progress with kayaking with the help of good instructors..

I joined Fluid Flow on the river a couple of times on different kayaking sessions. Always brilliant day and lots of fun, with highly experienced and encouraging instructors I learned loads on these sessions. They tailor the session to the individual's ability and interest, with any level of experience it is time well spend. They have excellent support and rescue crew which is always reassuring on the river.
Either you are looking for a fun and relax day on the river or taking your skill to the next level they have something for you. Five star ⭐

We went on a family SUP trip with Fluid Flow on a beautiful summers evening.
Chris and Brianna were fantastic hosts/instructors.
It was our first time on paddle boards and they were very patient, knowledgeable and great at building confidence. There were other people on the trip with lots of experience and Chris and Brianna managed to keep everyone happy!
I would highly recommend for all ages. My girls are 13 and 15 and had a great time, but it would be suitable for younger children also.

Was in Bala wales 2 weekends ago with Chris and fluid flow. Absolutely fantastic weekend experience. Lots of learning, lots of fun and an amazing group of people. Chris's crisp and clear instructions were easy to follow and with everything else catered for all I had to do was feed myself and stay above the water line. Will definitely jump at the opportunity of tripping with fluid flow and Chris again for their vast wealth of knowledge and passion for kayaking is contagious 😊🤙

Such a great SUP training session on a Wednesday evening that turned into a team-building activity with my colleagues. I will definitely join again and couldn't recommend Fluid Flow more, so professional, ready with all the gear and boards to give us an amazing training session. Can't wait for the next one! 🌟

I took part in an RSR2 Training course in January with Fluid Flow. The course was very well structured but flexible enough to allow time for discussion, specific demonstrations when needed and of course, banter. The amount covered in a single day was impressive and very good value. Chris and Brianna are brilliant at what they do. Totally committed.to their craft. I will definitely recommend Fluid Flow to other paddlers. Thanks!

Fantastic weekend with fluid flow. First turn key kayaking trip I've done and from start to finish it was just amazing. So professional, well planned, and most importantly, fun. Lots of learning and the opportunity to repeat and work on personal development while in a safe environment with top-class instructors. Highly recommend.

This was my second trip with Fluid Flow, and like the first, I enjoyed every minute of it. The team are all top quality instructors, and super approachable for questions and good conversation. I felt fully supported at every feature and challenge, and by the end of the day my skill set had definitely improved, and I was much more confident in my abilities.

So glad to find Fluid Flow and their wide range of courses, of which I did 3 different days. Everyone in the group developed skills and confidence a lot each day. Fun, safe and very knowledgeable instructors, that were happy to answer my endless questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great day out with the Fluid Flow crew. I attended thier RSR2 course. I thought the guys fantastic and brought a load of enthusiasm to the day. They were very knowledgeable and had decades of experience between them. Always pick up something new when paddling with others. 10/10 Would recommend.
