Actually seeing the waterfalls is kind of disappointing because the flow of water is just thin but it's redeeming quality is the height and it's cold water.

The Katibawasan Falls is a cold spring with good scenic view. The wild ferns and boldose that surrounds it bring nostalgic effect to the place

Not as good as it used to be anymore. Katibawasan has already become a famous tourist attraction with development and cement around the area. The place can become too crowded at times and it's not exactly very clean. This used to be a must-go spot in Camiguin, but I personally think it's fine to skip it now since it already... More

The "development" of the falls area is not as bad as it could be. The falls themselves are very beautiful. Just keep looking at them and do not turn around and see the infrastructure.

We got there a bit early and we were the only ones there and so we had the place to ourselves. We got our fill of swimming and the water is cold and refreshing. As time ticks by, other groups started showing up and so we decided to leave as the place is getting a bit crowded and its not... More

The water comes from the erupted volcano, passed thru under the many water shed of forest trees then to a high water falls and arrived at the pool is so called and refreshing. When you are in Camiguin island , you should first go to the cold Katibawasan water falls and enjoy the sight on day time then in hot... More

We went there about noon, but the water was seriously cold. It's freezing. The falls was not at its finest. I bet it was because it has not recovered from the dry season or dry spell it has gone through; but we enjoyed a fresh swim. The water was deliciously cold and the environment was refreshing. Going there was a... More
