I went there with my friends this February (not on a peak season) so we didn't have a lot of competition. The island was nice! It was not perfect but it is one of the go-to-places in Camiguin. We snorkeled on the Marine Sanctuary and it was a spectacle. There were a lot of different species of fishes, giant clams,... More

Don't miss this, seriously. We both SCUBA dived and snorkeled and the views were spectacular with colourful corals, tea turtles and other beautiful fish. The beach itself is amazing, one of the nicest we've seen in our Philippines trip. If you have more than a 1-2 days at Camiguin don't miss this. A good fun visit even for non scuda... More

Again, the feeling they just want your money for nothing in return. Tired of how unhelpful, inefficient people yell at you how much you have to pay. Expensive to get there. The most interesting part i found there is snorkelling around what they call sanctuary, which is merely a bamboo platform with some corals underneath. The corals are deep so... More

Salt in the air, sand in my hair. Mantigue island is a 15 minute boat boat ride away from the main island of Camiguin. A small, uninhabited island surrounded by clear blue waters teeming with life. With its fine white sand, you are sure to enjoy your stay in Mantigue Island. Things to remember when visiting Mantigue: 1. Sun protection... More

Upon visiting Camiguin Island, don't miss visiting the Mantigue Island! The island is so beautiful with white sand of course. The water is so clear. We tried also snorkeling in the marine sanctuary area.. Visit Camiguin now..

I'm giving this place a total of 5 star for the record! Mantigue is truly a paradise within a paradise!! The sand is just pure black and you cant say no to the cold and soothing water in the beach. You can also enjoy checking out some cool corals and fish for a dive too! 👍👍👌

One of the "musts" on Camiguin. The island is tiny - actually quite beautiful, but extremally exploited: boat by the boat, tourist by the tourist. Fee for both snorkeling and using the bench! Overcrowded, with almost nowhere to hide from the sun. Dirty. Boat trave is nice, but remeber to protect your nose and mouth.

A lot of sea weeds scattered along the shoreline together with some broken corals.Maintenance to this island was somehow a bit questionable as to where the environmental fee goes if upkeep to the island was not met. Good for beach bumming, bring your own food, island price for foods and drinks can be pricey. Available activities are being offered in... More

I took a Moto-rella, and met a guy, who was also traveling alone. We decided to split the boat ride to the island. As this was a weekday, the island only had a handful of visitors. I rented snorkels, and decided to swim around on my own. Saw many many sea creatures, fishes, and the underwater is like a grass... More
